CAREFREE CARRIER SYSTEM

 

The Carefree Carrier system is a specially designed ‘sticking line’ tray combining carrier tray and rooting strip into one easy to handle unit. Fast expansion of the Carefree pellets and effortless use on any quick moving sticking line in combination with an Expandomatic, makes these trays a welcome addition in any highly automated greenhouse environment. The automation friendly design makes it possible to easily remove the strips, spacing them in the greenhouse area while rooting (low density) and re-assemble back into the original unit when the cuttings are ready for shipping (high density) without the need for additional carrier or shipping trays. Carefree Carrier is the ‘all in one’ automation rooting system.The  Carefree Carrier system is available only in North American standard size trays, preloaded with 3 or 4 strips containing 26 pre-loaded Carefree plugs each.The Carefree plug offers enhanced rooting media, fully enclosed in a degradable netting,securing a clean propagation area even when rooting on ebb and flood benches.

JIFFY AUTOPOT

 

The Jiffy Autopots are manufactured specially to be used with automatic pot dispensing equipment found in the modern greenhouse environment.

Jiffy Autopots have been fitted with a special rim and are specially treated so the pot wall is extra smooth securing effortless handling in combination with existing pot dispensing equipment. Jiffy Autopots are made of peat and wood fiber making them 100% bio-degradable. They are also 'OK Home Compost' certified as well as DIN-CERTCO certified 'Compostable'.

JIFFY-7 FORESTRY

JIFFY-7 and JIFFY-7C

 

 

With the rooting media fully contained in netting the Jiffy-7 and Jiffy-7C pellets are the ‘media and container in one’ propagation media and therefore extremely suitable to be used with the many different types of transplanting equipment in existence. The full net containment also secures against unwanted media migration, helping to keep the greenhouse environment clean as possible.
